Ken has lived on the northern beaches for 30 years, educated locally and heavily involved with the local Forest Lions Australian Rules Football Club.

Currently living in the Belrose area himself, Ken knows first hand what a great place the Forest area has to offer, from the vast array of Schools, Glenrose Shopping Village, Glen Street Theatre and the newly refurbished Lionel Watts Sporting Fields.

For anyone who is thinking of using BVB Real Estate, then I would strongly recommend you do it. I was wondering how it would go selling a property on the headland in North Curl Curl when their office was based in Mona Vale and my fears where put to rest. Ken did his homework on the suburb, he had a hand on the sale of my late mums house from the start. He communicated after every open house and after the follow-up calls made to prospective buyers.
